Join Caryn Aman, MA one afternoon a month as we begin the process of reclaiming our bodies, breathing and voices through play, movement, dreamwork, breathwork, voicework, and creativity.
In this series, we will focus on developing the personal container and ego strength allowing us to explore and discern the complexes and energies arising out of our histories. Working with our dreams as taught by Carl Jung and Marion Woodman, Jungian Analyst, bodywork, breathwork, and voicework invite us to bring forth the unconscious material and begin healing soul wounds. We will begin each session within a sacred circle.
